I am here to guide you on that journey, helping you define and achieve your own vision of a fulfilled life—whether that means nurturing meaningful relationships or finding satisfaction in your career.

You may be facing the weight of anxiety, perhaps entwined with conditions like OCD. You may be carrying the scars of past traumas that continue to echo in your present. If you've attempted therapy before and still feel like you're wandering through a fog without a clear path, know that it's possible to find clarity and healing.

Our work together can be a safe haven, a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Together, we will gently unpack the burdens holding you back and explore the deeper causes of your distress. I believe in your strength to heal and in the possibility of regaining a sense of agency over your life.

No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to help.

  • Individual therapy can provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Through techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), you can develop coping strategies to manage their symptoms effectively. Additionally, therapy can enhance self-awareness and empower you to challenge negative thought patterns to help you feel better.

  • Family therapy helps family members talk openly, sharing their feelings and concerns safely. It addresses underlying issues, promoting understanding and empathy to strengthen relationships. This approach also teaches problem-solving skills, helping your family handle challenges better.

  • I specialize in a variety of therapy methods to support your journey. I use modern, evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you manage challenges. Additionally, I also incorporate approaches that delve deeper into personal experiences, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Analytical Depth Psychology.

Together, we can explore what works best for you in a safe and supportive environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Starting therapy is a courageous step towards understanding yourself better and finding the support you need on your journey. It’s common to have questions before getting started.

  • The first time you meet, your therapist will ask about what's bothering you and what kind of help you want. They'll ask some questions about your life and explain how they work. You can ask them questions too! Think of it like a getting-to-know-you meeting. You only need to share what feels okay to share.

  • The cost of therapy depends primarily on your insurance provider. Please reach out for a specific cost estimate. If you have one of the insurance providers listed above you may pay between $0 per session and $150 per session depending on your coverage.

  • There's no set time for therapy - it depends on what you need help with. Some people go for a few weeks, others for several months or longer. You can talk about this with your therapist and decide together.
